How are orders shipped?
Orders are sent Royal Mail 1st Class (untracked) or equivalent international service. 

When will I receive my order?
Please allow 3-4 days after placing your order for delivery, longer for international orders.

Can I place an order as a gift?
Yes. Please contact us with details of the recipient / message / any other requests before ordering. 

What if I change my mind?
Unwanted items can be returned (at your expense) up to 21 days from receiving them. Items should be in the same condition they were in when sent. Please contact us if you would like to return an item.

My order has arrived damaged.
Please contact us to arrange a refund or replacement.

Can I stock your zines in my bookshop or obtain one for a zine library?
Yes. Please get in touch.
